Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is currently done by US Postal Service, 1st Class Mail. Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent advising you of the shipment and/or tracking number.  You will be able to track your shipment through the USPS tracking website which will be attached to your email.  


Privacy & Security

Shopping at Blue Eyed Belle Clothing is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Returns & Replacements

You may return unworn garments in original packaging within 7 days of recieving, for a full refund. Anything returned between 7-14 days of reciving will be for store credit.  Please contact us before returning any items for a return authorization.



We require all customers to register with us when placing orders. Registering allows you to log in and track your order and view your order history.  It will also save you time on processing secondary orders by storing your shipping information. Your information will not be sold or shared with other vendors or companies. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, as well as PayPal.


Viewing Orders

Once your order has been placed you may log in anytime to view the status or history of your order. Simply select "Account" at the top right hand menu. You will be prompted to enter your user name and password. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view previous orders. If you forget your password, you may select the option "Forgot Your Password" and an email will be sent to you advising how to update your password.


Updating Account Information

If you have created an account in our estore, you may update shipping or contact information at any time. Simply log into the site, select "My Account" and you will be able to change your account information immediately. Please note, however, that changing your account information will not affect previous orders.
